Sébastien, Director of the Federation and Maison du tourisme du Brabant wallon, brings his thorough knowledge of the industry to the Master’s. Sébastien joined the Master’s in 2019 as part-time lecturer, theses supervisor and evaluator. His teaching on the governance and management of tourist areas is grounded in his 20 years of experience in the industry. This offers the students real-world and critical insights into the challenges tourism organisations and governance are faced with, notably regarding sustainability and public governance.
